TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE SALE

PRICES: to know the prices of the floats just contact me at my e-mail address and I will provide you the prices in .pdf or .txt format. All the prices include 22% VAT and there is not possibility of discounts according to the quantity. Sellers will be able to take advantage of special rates after communicating me the name of company and VAT number.

SHIPPING CHARGES: charges forward. The costs depend on the weight and/or the sizes of the parcel and the kind of expedition. It is a good thing to ask me for an estimated specifing what you need.

ORDERS: to make an order you have to send me an e-mail specifying models,sizes,tips colors you chose and the quantity. Please indicate name and surname, expedition address ,phone number,tax number and for enterprises VAT number. Phone orders are not accepted.

TIMES OF DELIVERY: times of delivery are to be estimated for each order, depending on availability of models and sizes.

PAYMENT: it is possible to effect the payment by paypal, postal money order or banking credit transfer. You will own the goods only after the payment has been received in full.

SHIPPING: Expeditions are effectuated by registered parcel or express courier depending on the quantity and your request. As soon as the goods have been delivered you will be responsible for them. Eventually ask for an assured expedition.

GUARANTEE: each float is carefully checked before being shipped. In case of a manifacture defect you have to contact me immediately and return the items: defective merchandise will be replaced gratuitously. The costs for restitution are on the purchaser,while the substituction ones will be on me.
